Our goal is to kickstart ambitious entrepreneurs that aim to build digital champions in Europe.

Based on our extensive experience as Seed VC and founders of multiple companies, we have designed a dedicated investment approach enabling us to start investing at different phases :

• At pre-seed stage, we lead rounds with an investment capacity between 100k€ and 250k€ with the a focus on validating the product-market fit
• At Seed stage, we co-lead (or follow in case of larger rounds) with a ticket up to 500k€ in order to help the startup to confirm its growth potential and boost KPIs

The objective is always to double down in the subsequent rounds when the company confirmed its potential and enters in its scaling phase. For a first investment, we can both use equity investment or convertible loan, while ultimately we target equity ownership in the performing companies.

The Fund mainly invests in Belgium and in the neighbouring countries but any opportunities within the European territory can be considered by the Fund.

As part of 50°North Ventures, Seeder Fund is able to leverage a large network of professionals, co-investors and subject-matter experts to the benefits of our entrepreneurs and support them in their ambitions both across Europe & North-America.
