All partners already provide training, coaching and education to the industry in Flanders. On one hand this can be vocational training in classrooms (Universities and Universities of Applied Sciences) or hands-on training to learn how to use digital technologies on the shop floor (Flanders Make, Sirris, imec). The training matrix of DIGITALIS is conceptually developed around three types of training and for three different target groups (Boardroom, Engineering, Shop Floor) with each a specific focus. A training matrix will form the basis for the DIGITALIS Academy and will be adapted according to the needs of the companies.
